The June exams are around the corner. Here are some tips on how to use YouCanDoMaths to help you prepare for the maths exam.

• Find out exactly which sections are going to be examined. Your teacher should be able to supply you with this information.

• Set up a study schedule and stick to it. Begin your schedule a few weeks before the exam, so that you have time to identify problem areas. If you are in grade 12, you may also need time to revise grade 11sections.

• Identify which YouCanDoMaths Revision Lessons you need to do. These lessons appear at the end of each section and are designed to quickly revise work you should already have done.

• After completing the Revision Lessons (including their tests) for a certain section, there are also Revision Tests for you to do. These tests are basically mini exams and there are three different levels to choose from: easy, medium and difficult. We recommend that you do at least the easy and medium levels. After completing a Revision Test, you will have access to the fully worked out answers. Please study these answers carefully and make sure you understand them.

If you have any queries regarding the above, please email us at info@youcandomaths.co.za and we will try to assist you.

Good luck with your preparation for the June exams!
